After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery usually takes 10-20 business days, depending on your destination, carrier availability, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs inspection, severe weather, local carrier issues, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Fee

Standard shipping is $3.99 for eligible destinations.

Free shipping is available on orders over $35.

We currently ship to selected destinations including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, New Zealand, Belgium, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Singapore, Mexico, Israel, South Africa, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Luxembourg, Malta, Chile, Iceland, and Cyprus.

If your shipping destination is not supported by our logistics partners, we will contact you as soon as possible to adjust or cancel the order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout. You may track your package using the carrier link provided in the shipping confirmation email or through 17track.net.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at service@purerootsuk.com as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order has been processed or shipped.

Taxes, Duties, and Customs
